The inaugural Race across Europe takes place in June 2012. It starts in Amsterdam and moves through a total of 8 countries with the finish line occurring 3,000 miles later in Tarifa, Spain.

I am extremely excited by this event because of all the countries and cultures we will pass through. A proper adventure with the opportunity to spend a few days in Spain at the end- Ole! Ole!

As with the Race Across America, my primary target for the Race across Europe is to finish but will then be targeting as high a finish as possible. It depends on how the body is conditioned. One thing is for sure – I will be giving my all in this race even if I do get tempted to stop and enjoy the scenery and cultures along the way.
